it offers amazing service. the stuff are competent and fabulously friendly, giving their best to make the stay a very positive experience. the hotel has a central location in the center of hanoi.

It was surely a very positive stay for business trip. The location was great, just a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem Lake.

Great location! You'll find lots of nearby food spots, shopping places, and cool sites around the area. 😊 Also, the breakfast here is simply incredible and truly amazing.

The rooms are really spacious and clean, complete with a work desk and a fancy marble bathroom. Perfect for getting work done or just relaxing. The location is fantastic, especially if you're into heading to casinos 

Enormous breakfast choice with smoked salmon and many delicious, as example. All in all particularly good and very convenience setting right by the Melia Hanoi and all tourist attractions and all the major sites.  

The staff here were skilled and attentive, the room was modern with a big comfortable bed, fresh white linens, and a contemporary bathroom, and all the services provided were superb!

Ideal, fairly clean hotel with enormous breakfasts. Good and perfect location to a charming pedestrian street of book sellers, nice pool. Functional and generous sized room with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, good bed. 

The breakfast is large and awesome with Asian and Western dishes and the location is COMFORTABLE.

Modern and luxurious accommodation with thoughtful staff with a good and friendly manner of the staff. Good and unbeatable location in the centre of Hanoi, easy to get anywhere. Based very close to the hectic maze and traffic clog
